These objectives are summarized in the Popular and Pan-African Revolution (PPR), with political, economic, social, and cultural implications, with the common denominator being the complete and total liberation of the Alkebulan.
2.1.1. The political implication of the PPR is the establishment of a sovereign, united, federal, socialist Africa free from imperialism and neocolonialism. The RMLA understands sovereignty to encompass self-determination over a unified foreign policy, socialist economic and financial policy, unified defense policy, and pan-African cultural policy.
2.1.2. The economic implication of the PPR is the collective ownership, industrialization, and development of the productive forces of the African continent by the African working people under the principles of scientific socialism, meaning that the improvement of human life and the preservation of nature shall be the main driving force of that development.
2.1.3. The social implication of the PPR is the building of a new Pan-African society centering freedom, fairness, dignity, and respect for all African people. All forms of social inequalities or injustices based on race, tribe, ethnicity, gender, ability, or sexual orientation shall be rejected. 2.2. The RMLA aims to operate and advance the genuine liberation and unification of Africa and Africans throughout the world, wherever African people are located.
2.3. The RMLA aims to establish working alliances with progressive and revolutionary organizations and parties that subscribe to the goals of the total liberation of Africa and Africans as outlined in the Popular and Pan-African Revolution.
