Firm Decision
I assure you, I thought well before making this decision,
It is not a reaction or a caprice from my part,
It is a nuanced, well-reasoned choice that I made the very first day,
The first day, I realized that my destiny is revolutionary death.
On that glorious day, I saw that my life in chains was useless without a fight,
Living was worthless unless laid down for the greater good of our people.
On that glorious day, I severed all that could bind me to this sinking ship,
I burned all the covenants made consciously or unconsciously with this wicked groom.
No, it is a well-thought-out decision, the alternative is betrayal, cowardice, and failure,
Anything that does not contribute to alleviating our plight is useless,
If my death is the only option, I am gladly taking it,
Yes, my death is the only option, I have made up my mind.
For it to be revolutionary, it must be significant, impactful, and memorable,
I assure you, I have made up my mind, to die as a revolutionary.
Taking all the means necessary for our liberation,
Taking with me as many oppressors and traitors as possible,
This resolution is not a cowardly or even a courageous suicide,
It is a decision to harass, kill, hunt, and smash the enemy, until the last,
Until their only option is to take me down, but it will be late,
The revolution is not a person, it is a conscious people,
I am just a person, but with a mighty people along with me.
I assure you, my comrade and I have made it clear,
Shall I die, they will take over. Should they die, I will take over,
The generation to come will take over, our children will take over,
The fight will continue until every square inch of our land is liberated,
We will keep fighting to the death, until the revolution controls our land.
From the bottom of my heart, though I will certainly die, my love for you will keep burning like the brightest star.
